Question Types

Every question widget available when building a check-in template.

When you add a question to a check-in template, you pick from these widgets:

• Single select - pick one option from a list, each with an optional emoji and score. Good for mood: 😊 Very fresh / 😐 Okay / …
• Single input - a free-text or numeric field.
• Yes / No - a customizable binary choice.
• Slider - a single numeric range.
• Dual slider - a start/end range, ideal for something like sleep duration.
• Grid 2D - capture two related values at once, like energy and wellbeing on two axes.
• Body map - tap specific body regions, with optional left/right sides. Useful for soreness or injury reporting.
• Multi toggle - several yes/no toggles for a list of items.
• Sleep time - sleep start and end time, with duration calculated automatically.

Mix and match as many questions as you need - reorder them by dragging.
