Getting Started

Sign up, set up your organization, and understand roles in EliteBuilder.

Signing up

Create an account from the sign-up screen with Apple or email and password - no credit card required. If you sign up with email, confirm your account from the link we send you. Either way, you'll land on the onboarding flow right after.

Onboarding

Onboarding has two parts:

  1. Your profile - your full name and country.
  2. A short setup wizard - six quick steps:
    • Organization name - what your club, team, or business is called.
    • What best describes you - Club/Academy, Independent Coach, or Personal Trainer. This just tailors your experience, it doesn't lock you into a plan.
    • Describe your work (optional) - a short description and your website, if you have one.
    • Sport(s) - pick up to three from the list, or add your own.
    • Primary goal - what you're hoping to get out of EliteBuilder (faster workout building, tracking performance, replacing spreadsheets, and so on).

Once you finish, you land on your Dashboard with a short checklist to get your first athlete added and training.

Roles

Every member of your organization has one of three roles:

RoleCan do
TrainerFull access - build workouts and check-ins, manage athletes, groups, and settings, change org preferences.
AthleteTrains from the mobile app; not part of this web app's workflows.
ViewerRead-only access - can see training and results without editing anything.

You set a member's role when you add them (see Groups & Athletes), and trainers can change it later from Settings → Team. At least one trainer must always remain on the organization - you can't demote yourself if you're the only one.

Athletes join from the mobile app

Athletes don't sign up through this web app. You create their profile here (see Groups & Athletes), which generates a join code. The athlete installs the EliteBuilder mobile app, enters that join code, and logs in with their own credentials from there.
